GTCs SCHLOSSBERG Switzerland AG - SCHLOSSBERG webshop
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between SCHLOSSBERG Switzerland AG (hereinafter referred to as SCHLOSSBERG) and the customers of the SCHLOSSBERG webshop. The GTCs are an obligatory part of every contract concluded between SCHLOSSBERG and a customer (for standard articles and custom-made products). Collateral agreements, assurances or amendments to these GTCs must be made in writing. SCHLOSSBERG may adapt the General Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Scope of application
In the SCHLOSSBERG webshop, orders can only be placed by private customers (who are at least 18 years old) who are resident in Germany and who have a delivery address in Germany. Only normal household quantities may be ordered. According to these General Terms and Conditions, private customers are natural persons who wish to conclude a contract for purposes which can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor to their self-employed professional activities. The webshop offering is aimed at customers residing in Germany. The online presentation of goods is non-binding. We reserve the right to modify the product range and its presentation at any time and to remove certain products from the range entirely. We exclude any liability for typographical errors and incorrect or incomplete information or representations.
We make every effort to ensure the best possible availability of the products offered on the website. However, the presentation of a particular product on the website does not imply that we make any warranty as to its availability. We are only obliged to deliver goods in stock. If ordered products are not available, we may not be able to complete the order. We reserve the right to either cancel the order or only make a partial delivery. In such cases, we will inform the buyer accordingly.
The color values of products presented in the webshop are as realistic as possible, whereby each end device (desktop, smartphone, tablet) may reproduce the images used with altered color values. Minor deviations in size, color, structure and processing shall be permissible. In particular, deviations are possible in the case of follow-up/supplementary orders without other written assurances.
The prices stated on the website at the time of the order shall apply, with the exception of obviously incorrect prices (e.g. 0.00). All prices are gross prices in Euro and include VAT. The products remain the property of SCHLOSSBERG Switzerland AG until the purchase price has been paid in full. SCHLOSSBERG Switzerland AG is entitled, at the expense of the purchaser, to have the products entered in the register of retention of title if it considers its claim to be at risk.
Registration / Data Privacy
The buyer shall be at liberty to register for myschlossberg.com or to place an order without registration. However, certain functions of the website are only available to registered buyers.
When registering, i.e. opening a customer account, the buyer is obliged to provide truthful personal information. SCHLOSSBERG reserves the right to delete customer accounts at any time and without giving reasons or to block a user name and password.
The personal password chosen by the customer upon registration is not known to Schlossberg and must be kept strictly secret by the customer. Customers are responsible for all actions that are carried out on the basis of this password on the website, even without their prior knowledge.
Order and Contractual Conclusion
The presentation of the products in the webshop is not a legally binding application, but a non-binding online catalog or a non-binding invitation to the customer to order the product in the webshop. All information provided during the ordering process must be complete and correct. An order is regarded as an offer to the webshop to conclude a contract. After transmission of the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt which documents the fact that the order has been received by the webshop. After receiving this confirmation of receipt, the customer can no longer change the orders and is bound by them.
The webshop is free to refuse orders in whole or in part without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded. Temporarily unavailable products cannot be reserved.
The contract within the scope of an online order in the SCHLOSSBERG webshop is concluded when SCHLOSSBERG has sent the customer the printable order confirmation by e-mail.
We charge the payment amount upon receipt of the order. The prices are binding until SCHLOSSBERG confirms the order or for the period stated in the order confirmation. Payment for the goods shall be made either by means of an electronic form of payment available in the webshop.
Payments must be made in Euro.
The webshop can demand payment in advance. In the case of advance payment, delivery does not take place until payment has been received. The ordered products are not reserved until receipt of payment and may be out of stock in the meantime.

Redeeming Promotion Vouchers
- Promotion vouchers must have an online coupon code defined by name in order to be accepted in the webshop (e.g. online code: OFFER123)
- Promotion vouchers are only valid for the specified period and can only be redeemed once as part of an order process. Individual brands, product groups or articles may be excluded from the voucher campaign.
- The value of the goods must at least correspond to the amount of the promotional voucher. It is not possible to refund any remaining credit on administrative grounds.
- Promotion vouchers can only be redeemed before completion of the order process. Subsequent settlements are not possible. The credit balance of a promotion voucher will neither be paid out in cash, nor will interest be charged on it.
- The promotion voucher cannot be transferred to third parties.
- Several promotion vouchers cannot be combined.
- If the credit balance of a promotion voucher is not sufficient for the order, the difference can be compensated with the payment options described above.
- The promotion voucher will not be refunded if goods are returned in whole or in part, provided that the promotion voucher was issued as part of an advertising campaign and no consideration (financial) was paid for it.
- If you have used a promotion voucher for your purchase, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the goods you keep, if — due to your revocation — the total value of the order falls below the respective value of the promotion voucher.
Gift vouchers (vouchers that can be purchased in physical boutiques) cannot be redeemed for purchase in the webshop.
Deliveries are only made to addresses in Germany
he delivery of the ordered items with a purchase value of EUR 150 or more is free of charge for customers with delivery location in germany. The packaging and shipping costs are displayed in detail before the order is placed and shown separately on the invoice.
SCHLOSSBERG shall not be liable in the event of undeliverability or delayed delivery of the goods due to incorrect indication of the delivery address by the customer or absence of the recipient.
SCHLOSSBERG offers the products subject to availability. If a product is not or no longer available, the customer will be informed accordingly. SCHLOSSBERG reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if products are no longer available through no fault of SCHLOSSBERG.
The delivery time for goods that are ready for dispatch is 2-3 days. SCHLOSSBERG shall not be liable for delays in delivery through no fault of its own, e.g. due to force majeure, traffic congestion, strike, poor weather conditions, etc., and they shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the purchase contract or to damages. Longer parcel delivery times must be expected before public holidays (Easter, Christmas).
The customer undertakes to check the goods for completeness and condition immediately upon receipt. Any complaints regarding quality and completeness must be reported to SCHLOSSBERG immediately, at the latest within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise the delivery shall be deemed to have been accepted.
Recall / Exchange / Return
In principle, the statutory provisions governing liability for material defects apply. Deviations in color representations may depend on the monitor used and the recording technology and do not constitute a defect.
Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
- Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
SCHLOSSBERG accepts returns via service provider or returns to a Schlossberg boutique. For precise details, please refer to the return slip enclosed in the delivered package. The costs of return shall be borne by the customer. Refunds made on the basis of justified returns will be processed within 30 days using the same means of payment that you used for your order.

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law (excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods). The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.
